Not only is he responsible for developing and implementing the programs for Puddicombe Golf clients, Tod oversee's the maintenance operation for RedTail Landing Golf Club in Edmonton, AB.

Tod graduated from the second class to emerge from Fairview College and received a diploma in Turf management in 1979.
